Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation policy:
The guest will be charged 10% of
the total rate if they cancel straight after the
reservation has been made and a further/additional 20% if they
cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Cancelling 10 days prior to your arrival will result in a
50% cancellation fee and cancelling 5 days before your arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
The fee is applicable to accomodation + full board, all activities and safaris chosen during your stay with us.
Rescheduling is always possible depending on
availability.
Please transfer the full amount at least 14 working
days prior to your arrival at Oseki Camp.
